You know the saying "you can do anything for 30 seconds"? Well that was this mornings 6:15 am ladies conditioning class at Active Life Conditioning . It was full of 30 seconds. That's right 30 seconds of cardio and 30 seconds of strength for the whole session - what a great workout with little rest. You really push yourself to the limits when you know it will end in 30 seconds. Thanks Laura!
Well I think this 30 thing can apply to my new years resolution too! You can do anything for 30 minutes. 30 minutes of physical activity out of 1440 minutes of a day. Trying to fit in 30 minutes in a day may seem difficult but it really isn't. It can be as simple as going for a walk around the neighbourhood - sure does feel good to get out there! Start today and try it out!
