Well welcome to Monday - the beginning of the week - another opportunity to jump on board the 30 minutes of physical activity every day. It is amazing how much easier it is for me to fit it into my day now that I have been doing it for over a month. Today's activity included a great group of girls first thing in the morning - it was my Monday morning 6:15 am ladies conditioning class at Active Life Conditioning. A great way to start the day and the week.

Hey, Today was a 30 minute walk with Marley at 5:30 and then Bodypump at noon. I tried to go a bit heavier on my weights today. It frustrates me though that everyone else is sweating and I don't. I'm not sure if it means I'm not working hard enough or if I just don't sweat so I'm not sure if it's a plus or a minus yet......
